Stock, Vacations and some Lightning

Recently, we took a little beach vacation and as always I saw it as a opportunity to do some stock photography.  The obvious things like waves, seashells, sunsets and the like were all there but one evening the storms rolled in.  As everyone settled down to watch a movie I went upstairs, opened the sliding glass doors and hoped for the best.  Our condo had an amazing ocean view and the lightning was starting to strike on the horizon.  I can't ever remember photographing lighting before.  Maybe I have, but it really isn't something you plan for too easily.  It was a great opportunity that simply presented itself.  The color versions are off to the agencies but I thought I'd share it here in black and white.  ISO 400 @f14.
