Art at the Beach
Amy and I went to the beach last week with the boys. As always, the goal was to relax and have some fun but for me the opportunity would be wasted if I didn't take a little time to capture something with my camera. Usually, I go for the stock images of chairs in the sand or one of the boys doing some activity on the beach. This time I thought I'd try something more artsy. I went to the pier at dusk and set up the tripod. At f22 I had a shutter speed of 2 seconds and I took several shots hoping for the best. What I got was as good if not better than what I thought. I wasn't sure what I was expecting, really. I will definitely try it again, maybe a different lens........
